(MPS) is a free service that
allows you to have your name
removed from, or added to, most
mailing lists in the country.
Signing up is simple:

• Send an e-mail to mps@dma.org.uk
• Call 020 7291 3310.
• Write to: The Mailing
Preference Service, FREEPOST 22,
London W1E 7EZ. Just state that
you’d like to stop receiving
unsolicited direct mail.
To stop un-addressed, unsolicited
marketing mail, you can:
